Someone took your money without delivering. Or delivered fake items. That's fraud.

Harassment

Threats, bullying, hate speech, or unwanted contact. We don't tolerate harassment.

Illegal Content

Weapons, drugs, stolen goods, or anything illegal being sold or discussed.

Fake Account

Account pretending to be someone else. Using stolen identity. Phishing attempts.

Other Abuse

Spam, misleading listings, or anything else that violates our terms.

❓ How long does investigating a report take?

We review reports within 24 hours. Serious cases (scams, threats) are investigated immediately. Moderate cases may take 3-7 days to gather evidence and make a decision.

❓ What happens after I report?

Our admin team investigates. We review messages, transaction history, and both side's accounts. If the report is valid, we take action: warning, suspension, or permanent ban. You'll get an update via email.

❓ Can I report anonymously?

You can skip the username field, but we strongly recommend providing contact info so we can follow up with you. If your report leads to action, you might need to confirm details.

❓ What if the report involved money/real payment?

Report it to us first. We'll investigate and may freeze the accused account. If needed, we'll provide evidence to law enforcement. Keep all documentation on your end too.

❓ What's considered "harassment"?

Repeated threats, hate speech, sexual harassment, or targeted bullying. One mean message ≠ harassment. But a pattern of threats or abuse = we'll take action.

❓ I submitted a report but nothing happened?

Check your email for updates. If you haven't heard from us in 7 days, email support@runeheaven.gg with your report ID. We might need more evidence.

❓ Can I appeal an account ban?

Maybe. Appeals go to our review board. Email appeals@runeheaven.gg with your case. We only reverse bans if new evidence comes to light proving innocence.

❓ What if I disagree with the decision?

Email support@runeheaven.com. Explain why you disagree. Our admin team will review the case one more time. Their final decision stands.
