1. Agreement to Terms

By using Rune Heaven, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. We can update these terms anytime. Your continued use means you accept the updates.

2. User Accounts

Registration

To use Rune Heaven, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Use a real, verified email address
• Provide accurate information
• Protect your password (don't share it)

Your Responsibility

You're responsible for everything done under your account. If someone else uses your account and breaks rules, you're liable. Keep your password safe.

Account Suspension

We can suspend or delete your account if you:

• Scam or defraud other users
• Post illegal content
• Harass or threaten other users
• Violate these terms repeated times

3. Trading Rules

Be Honest

• List real items/gold with accurate prices
• Deliver exactly what you promised
• Don't misrepresent products or services
• Upload real screenshots as "proof"

No Banned Activities

• ❌ Scamming (stealing money without delivering)
• ❌ Account sharing or trading accounts
• ❌ Botted gold or items
• ❌ Spam or duplicate listings
• ❌ Fake reviews or manipulated ratings
• ❌ Using stolen payment methods
• ❌ RWT with Jagex-banned accounts

Prices & Payments

You agree to the price you listed. Don't change it after a buyer commits. Accept payment methods you advertised.

4. Escrow & Middleman Services

For high-value trades (50M+), Rune Heaven can hold your funds until both parties confirm. This is free and protects everyone.

• Buyer sends gold → Held by Rune Heaven
• Seller delivers item/gold → Held by Rune Heaven
• Buyer confirms receipt → Rune Heaven releases to seller

If there's a dispute, our admin team reviews evidence and decides. Their decision is final.

5. Content You Post

Your Responsibility

Everything you post (listings, messages, reviews) is your responsibility. You guarantee:

• Content is accurate and not misleading
• You have the right to share it
• It doesn't violate anyone's rights
• It's not illegal or offensive

Our Rights

We can remove content that violates these terms. We're not liable for user-posted content.

Reviews & Ratings

Reviews must be honest and based on real trades. No fake reviews. No revenge reviews. Manipulated ratings result in account deletion.

6. Prohibited Content

Don't post:

• Sexual or adult content
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Violence or threats
• Illegal content (drugs, weapons, stolen goods)
• Spam or advertisements
• Phishing or malware links
• Scams or fraud

7. Disputes & Resolution

Reporting Issues

If a trade goes wrong, report it immediately. Provide evidence: messages, screenshots, transaction proof.

Admin Review

Our admins will investigate. They'll review both sides, check evidence, and make a fair decision within 24-48 hours.

Final Decision

Admin decisions are final. If you disagree, email support@runeheaven.gg for escalation review (one chance).

8. Limitations of Liability

Rune Heaven is provided "as-is." We don't guarantee:

• 100% uptime (site may have maintenance)
• Specific results or profits
• No bugs or issues (we fix them fast though)
• Third-party services are safe (you trade at your own risk)

We're not liable for:

• Lost gold or items (though escrow helps)
• Breached passwords (yours to protect)
• Disputes between users not using escrow
• Your RuneScape account issues

9. Fees

Rune Heaven is free to use. Optional services have small fees:

• Escrow protection: 1-2% (depending on amount)
• Listing boost: Variable
• Premium features: Detailed pricing online

All fees are shown before you pay. No hidden charges.

10. Termination

We can terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. Violations include scamming, harassment, spam, or illegal activity.

You can delete your account anytime by going to Settings → Delete Account. All your personal data will be removed.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by international law. Disputes are handled by our admin team first. If escalation is needed, we'll use fair arbitration.
