To use Rune Heaven, you must:
You're responsible for everything done under your account. If someone else uses your account and breaks rules, you're liable. Keep your password safe.
We can suspend or delete your account if you:
You agree to the price you listed. Don't change it after a buyer commits. Accept payment methods you advertised.
For high-value trades (50M+), Rune Heaven can hold your funds until both parties confirm. This is free and protects everyone.
If there's a dispute, our admin team reviews evidence and decides. Their decision is final.
Everything you post (listings, messages, reviews) is your responsibility. You guarantee:
We can remove content that violates these terms. We're not liable for user-posted content.
Reviews must be honest and based on real trades. No fake reviews. No revenge reviews. Manipulated ratings result in account deletion.
Don't post:
If a trade goes wrong, report it immediately. Provide evidence: messages, screenshots, transaction proof.
Our admins will investigate. They'll review both sides, check evidence, and make a fair decision within 24-48 hours.
Admin decisions are final. If you disagree, email support@runeheaven.gg for escalation review (one chance).

All fees are shown before you pay. No hidden charges.
We can terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. Violations include scamming, harassment, spam, or illegal activity.
You can delete your account anytime by going to Settings → Delete Account. All your personal data will be removed.
These terms are governed by international law. Disputes are handled by our admin team first. If escalation is needed, we'll use fair arbitration.
